Many customers have been asking questions about the hydraulic solenoid valve, especially how it works. In view of the questions raised by the customer, we are here to do some analysis: the hydraulic solenoid valve is an automatic basic element used to control the fluid and is an actuator; it is not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic.

Hydraulic solenoid valves are used to control the direction of hydraulic flow. The mechanical devices of factories are usually controlled by hydraulic steel, so hydraulic solenoid valves are used. The working principle of the hydraulic solenoid valve, the hydraulic solenoid valve has a closed cavity, open holes in different positions, each hole leads to different tubing, the middle of the cavity is the valve, the two sides are two electromagnets, which the magnet coil body will be attracted to the side, file or leak out by controlling the movement of the valve body. The hole in the oil, and the oil hole is often open, the hydraulic oil will enter the different oil exhaust pipe, and then through the pressure of oil to push the piston of the oil, the piston also drives the piston rod, the piston rod drives the mechanical device.
This controls the mechanical movement by controlling the current of the hydraulic electromagnet.
