JGH VALVE Working principle

The one-way valve is also called the check valve. Different countries call it different.

The working principle of the flexible throttle valve relies on the flexible rubber tube which is clamped by the stem to produce throttling effect, or the gas pressure is used instead of the stem compression hose.
The flexible throttle valve has the advantages of simple structure, small pressure drop, high reliability and insensitivity to pollution. The working pressure range is usually 0.3 to 0.63MPa.

It is difficult to use pneumatic flow control valve to speed governing pneumatic actuators than using hydraulic flow control valves. Because of the compressibility of gas, the following points should be paid attention to when using pneumatic flow control valve to prevent crawling.
(1) there is no gas leakage on the pipe.
(2) the lubrication state between the cylinder and the piston is better.
(3) the flow control valve should be installed around the cylinder or air motor as far as possible.
(4) the exit throttle speed regulation mode is used as much as possible.
(5) the external load should be stable.
If the external load changes greatly, hydraulic or mechanical devices, such as gas hydraulic linkage, should be used to compensate for the speed changes caused by load changes.

What is the structure and function of the one-way throttle valve? How do you work?

The one way throttle valve is composed of a throttle valve and a check valve in parallel.

The main components of the one-way throttle valve are: valve core, valve body, valve cover, threaded rod, handwheel, spring and plug. The one-way throttle valve is installed in the hydraulic transmission pipeline, which can control the flow of hydraulic oil only in one direction and control the flow of hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic oil enters the body of the human body from the right hole, first into the lower hole A of the valve core, the hydraulic oil entering under the spring force of the lower end and the thrust of the hydraulic oil in the small hole can only be passed through the triangular groove of the cone surface of the valve core, so that the flow is limited to the joint flow; the hydraulic oil passed through the left hole is out of the hole. .


The size of the flow is also controlled by the size of the hand wheel regulating the gap between the conical valve core and the valve body. If the hydraulic oil enters from the left side of the valve, the hydraulic oil is first entered into the upper end of the valve core B, and the valve core pressure spring falls under the pressure of the hydraulic oil to open the left and right holes in the valve body so that the hydraulic oil is not blocked to the left to right out. At this point, the spool position does not play a throttling role, only a one-way valve.
